The top floor has one large queen room, lounge/dining, kitchen, large 3 way bathroom and big balcony. The lower floor also has ocean views, large queen room, bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom, laundry & rumpus for your use.



Beachview is a beautiful holiday home at Kianga Beach with breathtaking views of the ocean, Montague Island and Narooma. The house is spacious, very well equipped, lovely and clean. Small /medium dogs are welcome and the rear yard is enclosed for your pet’s safety, we do allow them inside, but not on furniture or in bedrooms. There is ample driveway parking, a lock up garage and gas BBQ. Wander down to Kianga Beach in just a few minutes, your dog will be able to roam free there 24/7!

You will love Narooma and it’s many beaches and beautiful coastline.



There is so much to see and do or do nothing but sit on the deck and gaze out to sea!

Keep a lookout for whales, dolphins and seals.

Linen available @ $30 per bedroom.

Dogs on application @ $50 per week, comfy trampoline doggy beds for up to 2 four legged guests, and a doggie door too!!

Smoking is permitted on balconies and outdoors.
